I got this one in today; bought second-hand. I'm glad to have the opportunity to handle one of these in person - Hufvud makes very cool hats. I haven't ordered one directly for myself yet, but it's on the list.

I was told this is a beaver/rabbit blend, and I'm not sure what model it is.

There’s a nice 100% beaver on eBay if you can wear a 61. May need a little TLC.

All new Deluxe felts are a blend of Rabbit & Hare, with a small percentage of Beaver fur. It makes for a very special felt to wear and work with. Looking forward to hearing about your experience with the hat. Thank you for giving this hat a new home.

This is a beautiful hat. The proportions are awesome, the color choices are awesome and the way the felt was handled, along with the overall construction, may be my favorite of any custom rabbit-blend hat I’ve handled.

I can't wait to order one of my own, though I will probably go with the 100% beaver when I do.

Do you recall which model this is? If you don't mind me asking.

Much appreciated! It's a life long journey to improve the way I craft hats, this community is the best for learning and sharing thoughts. (Still can't update my signature, can't seem to get any admin help).

I have made an initial update to the colors page. I have 38 different hatband colors that I am pairing with every felt color. As of writing this, I have only uploaded images for Silverbelly color with all the hatband colors. Please have a look and try the page. Please let me know if the load time is slow or any other issue. I aim to upload a couple of colors this week and then more the following weeks. Stone and Emerald Gray should be next. The Midnight Blue photos will be updated as well.

By clicking on the images you will be able to zoom in on the photo. Each color is labeled with a number, instead of name. My hope is that will ease any confusion when letting me know what color you are looking for.

I also hope by placing Hufvud logo on the photos it will deter ****mers from stealing my images for their own use.

When it comes to photos, I am against using AI in any form. Everything is taken with my phone camera, no filter added.
