I have here a pocket (literally) guide to suit care that includes your fabric and measurements as provided by Sears Roebuck and company stamp dated 1946 with a printing date of 10-21-42. I find the list of options available especially interesting, including zipper fly and hand done button holes, even choice of pleats in the pants and piped pockets....... And as we see not all their clothes were "off the shelf". Enjoy
