I have a western style that I plan on converting that has a band like that , after seeing your hat I may leave it instead of putting the 3\8 ribbon on it.

totally off topic, but does that radio have a built in 5 or 6 disk CD changer? I had one that looked like that years ago. I think it was made by sharp or Sanyo....

Any way i love the hat. I think the thin ribbon suits that hat well.

Vermifuge, MAN you have a sharp eye! That is indeed an old Sharp 6-disc changer. The CD player no longer works....I just use it for a little background radio "noise" here in the office.

To bad they didn't make the radio to the same standards of the hat. for what it's worth my cd changer died too.
