It looks fun. With a boater and slacks, or modern with jeans.

It looks ideal for sporting occasions in the social calendar, like the Henley Regatta or the Oxford and Cambridge boat race, or lazy days punting on Hyde Park lake: how and where did you plan on wearing it ? I wish I had the sprezzatura to don such a garment!

I race yachts in CT, so I will probably wear it to the yacht club after-party. I might wear it to my beach club to one of the theme dinners we have every summer. Or, I just might wear it with off white linen pants and a blue shirt on the town!!!!!! What say you?

I have my first hacking jacket from them (in Kyle tweed, plus tab collar and twin vents), arriving this week hopefully. Service has certainly been good so far.

Will post a thread once I have it and and have taken some pictures.

I do like that Bookster jacket. I was bidding on a similar jacket on eBay recently, listed as an original 30s jacket. Nice, but I bowed out when the price started to shoot beyond GBP100.

Boater absolutely required. A 1931 Lagonda might also be good.
