Help With Vintage Toy Repair

Do any of you fine folks know to whom one could send this (c1926) 'Tailspin Tabby' to be restrung?

Any help/info would certainly be appreciated ... thank you!

If you've got a length of lightweight elastic, it shouldn't be too bad to fix yourself. Does the elastic go through the back legs and tail only, or the front legs and head as well?

I'd try a doll hospital.
They restring dolls so they may be able to manage your cat

I'll second the doll hospital. I'm sure they're be able to fix it right up for you!

Restringing isn't that bad to do, but I haven't done one of those before and I'm not comfortable experimenting on other people's toys.
