That looks like a Hassidic Rabbi's hat, and that style I believe is called a "shtofener". There are several Hassidic hatters in Brooklyn, some who have web sites. You might try in Seattle as I'm sure there is a Hassidic community up there.

I really like that hat. If it was a bit taller with a telescope crown, it would look almost exactly like the concept I'm developing for my first custom hat .

Call Steven or Stanley at Bencraft Hats in Brooklyn. They sell religious hats.

thanks for all the help guys. I actually live in the religious community, we have a small group of hassidim, non of which own this hat.
