Help identify 70's Lacoste

Hi everyone ! We found this old Lacoste polo and the lady told us it was the official one of a french sport team (maybe golf ?). I did some research on the internet but I couldn't find any similar picture. I only learned that Lacoste might have done polo with embroidery for spécial occasions but that they were very rare. I honnestly doubt that we found one by pure chance, maybe someone juste did it for fun ? I sent an email to Lacoste but they answered that they couldn't identify something that hasn't been bought in their shops. Does anyone know anything about it or might tell me if this nice lady fooled us ? It has the devanlay mention inside.
