hello all. i am a A2 enthusiast. i have been trying to get ahold of headwind mfg since march. this was the last date of email i received from Jay. i have prepaid for a jacket and i am now concerned that i may not see it.
any advice on contacts or other help would be great! thanks in advance, Brandon

Losing money is always a possibility when buying from a small company, the recent lock-downs and business closings have taken a hard toll across much of these small outfits.
I know Headwind have an ebay presence you could try to get him through there. He did have a user name here @Skyhawk you could try a PM, He may also checking in at VLJ

Jay uses handle @Skyhawk both here and at www.vintageleatherjackets.org. Last seen here April 26th and there May 2. Was pretty active on both forums, responsive, I bought a jacket from him. I'd hope he overcomes what look like Covid-related business difficulties, but I'd worry about the silence.

Good luck with contacting Headwind, times are not normal. I bought a cap from England on Etsy, and months went by with many unanswered emails. I finally opened a case with PayPal, and in the end got reimbursed. Then after a while I got the hat with an explanation that the hat maker had been in the hospital.
