Early last year, I got my first hat at a resale shop and have since lost it or had it stolen (replacing it was my impetus to join TFL). It was a real cheapo, but I liked and thought it looked good on me - it was a stiff fabric "Johnny Carson" hat, I presume from sometime in the 70s.

My question is - does anyone know anything more on this hat (e.g., who made it)? Has anyone ever seen one like it or know where I could replace it? Like I said, I liked it a lot. It functioned very well as a summer beater.
