Grandpa's Uniform Rejuvenated

I take my current uniforms to the dry cleaners all the time and I've seen the job they do on them (and yes, I've tried a bunch of different ones, I'm just not overly impressed).

I'm looking for more of a done at home job. I just need to relax the material.

Just a thought

At home, you can carefully carefully carefully use a steam iron with a presscloth (terrycloth face cloth) between the iron and the uniform. Little by little, checking often, they should press out.

To find a dry cleaner that can handle aged items with care, call a nearby antiques dealer who deals in textiles. They'll have a favorite to suggest.
