Show us what full-beaver hat you’re wearing to celebrate!

I’m wearing this Bailey as it was at hand.

We did have an insanely bright Beaver Moon here in East Texas this morning! Id love to share my pure Beaver, but unfortunately my wall and my budget havent acquired a pure beaver hat yet. Thought about throwing up a nice old 5x beaver here , but hey... how about a pure 100% Pure Australian Rabbit lol

Here on the edge of sanity, Supermoon's don't attract that kind of magnificent hat. If only.
We have what you might call, escapees from the funny farm. Have you heard of Glastonbury?

It is notable for myths and legends often related to Glastonbury Tor, concerning Joseph of Arimathea, the Holy Grail and King Arthur.

Somehow I just can't see their headwear catching on.

If they have money they're called "eccentrics" ;). You have to give them credit though; they do add some colour to our everyday lives.

Agreed, shoulder length hair was about the limit of my mis-spent youth. There was a surge of tattoos happening when I was a student. My father warned me against that idea. As I climbed the greasy ladder of promotion, with every new role, bigger company car, increase in salary, I said a silent thank you to my Dad.

I have nothing against tattoos, well that's not exactly true, Tina has one that would make everyone here smile, on her buttock, hence me being against it But the point that I was going to make before reminiscing Tina's saucy tattoo. None of my fellow senior managers had tattoos, my guess is that, tattoo judgemental existed within the hierarchy of the company, who knows?

And in those days, like here in the U.S., a woman with a tattoo was grounds for divorce!

That doesn't surprise me. Whilst tattoos among sailors in the Navy were both prolific and common place, soldiers in The British Army could be put on a charge for having a tattoo. That was a military rule until 2002.

Current recruitment policy is that tattoos on the face, head and front of neck are unacceptable. As is images like a swastika or a profanity. If you get one when in service it is likely to result in disciplinary action and may even result in a dishonourable discharge.

In the 70s, the Marine Corps actually threatened charges of "Destruction of Government Property" and possible discharge if someone got a tattoo that showed below the shirt sleeve... now its commonplace

True this.
I think they let you slide if it was a Bulldog or other USMC.
I recall an idiot that got a lizard on his forearm. They were not happy. They hated him anyway.
I quit drinking about 20 yrs ago. The one time i was happy i got shitfaced was when a bunch of us went for tattoos in San Diego. We worked our way through the bars looking for that 1 shop that had that 1 Bulldog.
We were too trashed to find it so no Bulldog. Lizard guy must not have drank.
I do faintly recall we saw Nixon’s place in San Clemente somehow.
B
Ps: full beaver moon gives me a totally different visual than hats??
