This one is difficult to date because there are no hat labels underneath the sweatband and no liner but after speaking with a hat collector he suggested that in the early days it was very common to clean, and reblock hats so that would be a good reason for the the labels to be missing. The only markings are on the leather sweatband that still is soft. It says "Shetland Finish".
