It's definitely larger than that. A perfect 42 which, with Vanson, means too large for me, as well.

Sure, here are the photos.

Spot-on 23" - However - shoulder gussets make it feel like there's more room. I wear jackets with P2P 23" and this one seems roomier than the others with the same chest measurement.
