FS: Thedi “Niko” Button Up Brown Cowhide Jacket 42ish

So I love this jacket but it’s been too big for me since I got it. Wish it weren’t true but if wishes were fishes etc…

It’s basically a Cossack style jacket with a traditional collar rather than the curved Cossack collar.

The leather is midweight, very flexible, and full of interesting character due to Thedi’s treatment. Lined with satin and feels great on. Two exterior button closure patch pockets, one zipped interior pocket, buttons up the middle and on cuffs. Basically sweet buttons abound.

I broke the interior anchor to the 4th button from bottom. A new anchor was placed and reinforced by a local tailor. There is a spare anchor and button sewn into the liner I opted not to use. Otherwise I can find no issues with the stitching, liner, etc.

Approx dimensions:
Chest 23”
Shoulder 18”
Back 23.5” (3” front drop)
Sleeve 24.5” (about 26” around curve)

Length fits longer than you might expect due to the 3” front drop.

Yes I’m 5’9” 180 pounds. Here are several pics. It’s pretty clearly too big in the body at my size, I typically take 1 to 1.5” less in pit to pit for reference

Pretty jacket, would like to see 19 inch shoulder with a pit of 23. The shoulders look like they fit you, just too much chest, agreed. If this was 18 and 21.5, you'd have a keeper. GLWS

I knew you were going to sell this jacket and it's been on my want list forever, so while a big part of me wanted to keep checking out the classifieds or even PM you beforehand, my better half told me to keep my eye on the prize and stay clear of here.

Congrats on the sale and new owner.

I have a different Thedi in mind first and I need to stick to that plan.
