Sorry if I wasn't clear - the ribbon is discolored (from the cleaning) as shown and should be replaced. No ribbon(s) are missing. Yes, the indoor photos are awful, but there are no spots - that's why I included the outdoor photo. The hat is heading for ebay soon, but I think I think I'll re-do the photos before I list it there!
