Yeah, this is a hard one for me to let go. I never really spent much time considering Sears leather until I spent some time looking into the Hercules D Pocket perfecto and then stumbled on the latter version that became the Oakbrook label D pocket jacket. I was so impressed with the Oakbrook perfecto, I started looking for one of their CRs. Not THAT hard to find but it took some time to find one in my size and in this condition. This is probably one of the best combinations of leather/weight of leather/design/length for a CR that I've had the pleasure of owning. It's the perfect spring/summer CR because the hide is incredible in quality but not overly thick. So it's incredibly easy to wear during warmer weather. And the leather has aged remarkably well (not falling into the "patina" word trap).

Crap, now maybe I should just keep it...

Nice looking jacket. Sears Oakbrook leather is good stuff. I don't see many CR from Oakbrook. Some of the later Sears Leather Shop leather is not so good.

I've seen many great deals on Oakbrook Perfecto styles.

Too small for me. Should make someone a nice affordable jacket.
