Up for sale is a Schott 118 Perfecto Men's Classic Cross Zip Black Leather Motorcycle Jacket Size 38. Made from medium weight cowhide, excellent condition with minimal wear, coming from a smoke free, pet free home.
This kind of label placement was made in early 90s confirmed by Gail on Schott Forum.

As for sizing, this piece was made before 118 model got upgraded to full cut, so it's more close to a classic slim 618 cut.
Approximate measurements are (in inches):
Pit to pit 20.5
Shoulder to shoulder 17.5
Sleeves 24.5
Back length(bottom of collar to hem) 23.75
