FS: Iron Heart IHJ-24 - 17oz denim jacket, L (Brand New w/o tags)

Brand new IHJ-24 in a size Large. Model that's been long Extinct (no longer available). Lee "First zip" repro.

210USD / 160GBP
(it was $460 new from Iron Heart)

Recently bought this fantastic jacket but it's too big. I mean, technically, fits me the way it's supposed to but I guess I'm just not a fan of this loose fit.

17oz Japanese organic denim. Deep, dark indigo. Similar to 21oz stuff, only lighter. Equally stiff. Seems very tough and sturdy.

I really love this style. The shoulder gussets are perfect. The jacket is super utilitarian and comfortable, a lot more than the type-3 but the fit just isn't working for me.

For all the details, please check the Iron Heart product info page.

The jacket is brand new! It comes with a store tag where it's been bought still tied up to the pocket zipper pull! Not a single crease anywhere on the jacket. I've only tried it on, wore it for less than a minute and that's it.
You're getting a brand new jacket.

I'll give it one round here, if it sells, fine. If it doesn't... Fine, too.

Tagged L, measurements are exactly like what's specified on IH's page.

  • Chest (P2P): 22.0
  • Shoulders: 19.5
  • Length: 26.3
  • Waist: 21.5
  • Opening: 21.3
  • Sleeve: 27.0
Photos are also from the IH since it could literally be the exact same jacket. I can of course take pics of the jacket I'm selling and will do so on request but believe me when I say you will not see the difference.

Looking to get 160 GBP / 210 USD plus shipping (should be 10 USD to anywhere EU). I paid 180 GBP for it so there you go.

Thanks for looking.

That is such a sick jacket. Measurements don't seem too bad on paper but you gotta buy and try before you know for sure. Wont be with you long at that price though.

I never saw that style before. Really looks much more practical than the type 3 to me. Add a blanket lining and it would be EVERYTHING.

Yep. The numbers made it seem as if the jacket's been tailored for me but I guess it just doesn't work the same way as with leather. It's roomy. Not terribly so but I'd compare it to a 44.

It's also sooo much more comfortable to wear, there just isn't any comparison. I actually thought about adding a blanket liner or something as it could certainly accommodate one but... First let's see if anyone's interested in it at all.

Still here. I'll part with it for $180 which is like... Stupid cheap.

The jacket is still brand new - or rather, never worn. I haven't had it on once since making this thread. You'll get a few Iron Heart stickers with it, too so... Yeah. Let me know.

More pics.

Usually I'm not interested in a jacket that isn't leather, but I'm digging this

It's a really cool jacket. The only one I actually liked by IH, sans the trucker jackets. I had hoped to make it my work jacket as it's got everything needed but sadly, ended up being too large.

I find interesting trades interesting, too. Will consider trading this excellent jacket for something that fits me, leather or denim.

TTT.

I'll also throw in this Lee 101J for FREE, as a gift with the IH, if anyone wants it of course. Size Large-ish.

Great looking jacket! I keep coming back to look at it, but I think it's too small. Every measurement is perfect, but I have a 44" chest. Would this jacket be too tight around the chest?

I don't think so. It is difficult to measure P2P, I will recheck today but I think the actual measurement is 23" or more. It's really roomy and the gussets add a lot of space to it. But I'll make sure later on today.
