Helmut Lang black woolen jacket from the late 1990s - The era of Lang's tenure - made in Italy, exclusively for distribution in Japan.

Soft, drapey but weighty 100% pure woolen fabric (Lang's signature wool-twill) kept in place with full-canvas structure & discreetly padded shoulders. Lined with rayon. Charcoal black, a shade away from full on black. Made in Italy.
3-button front, sharp notched lapels, chest welt pocket, and flap pockets.
In terms of fit, elongated, close fitting body of the jacket with wide, moderately padded shoulders and long, sculptured sleeves.
Prime example of Lang’s signature minimalist, clean lines and utilitarian refinement.
I'm selling it only not to keep it plus I prefer heavier fabrics. Otherwise, this jacket woulda easily become a part of my uniform.

Very good condition with barely perceivable signs of wear. Interior lining is fully intact with some minor wear visible around welt pockets. No flaws, snags, or stains. Not a stitch out of place.
