Please tell me the measurements for : collar to bottom, pit to pit, shoulder to shoulder, and shoulder seam to cuff. Does this fit true to size? I'm looking for something like this for my 40 to 42 frame.

I'm guessing it'll be too big. It fits true to size. Here are the measurements. Pit to pit - 23, shoulders - 19, sleeve - 22 1/2 (without knits) and back length is 23.
