I have 3 pairs of boots of the French Legion, 1 pair size 42 width 6 (US 8-8.5 D/UK 7-7.5 D/Euro 41-41.5), 2 pairs size 42 width 7 (US 9D/UK 8 D/Euro 42)



New condition, kept in warehouse, never been used. The leather is thick, but despite his age, still flexible, does not crack when bent. Very rare in such superb condition.

I got a pair of this batch of deadstock boots from Out of Town in Clerkenwell for £40 GBP when they appeared on the market a few years ago. Unfortunately, I walked out with a pair of 42's rather than the 43's I'd tried on 'cos I was chatting away too much - my fault . Anyway, my son who is a UK half size smaller, is now the their proud owner -so all OK in the end.
