Inspiration for everyone who wanted to own their own Golden Age skyscraper.
Found this, then did some digging.

Adam Blake, a 24-year-old real estate mogul, is now the owner of the historic Electric Building in downtown Ft. Worth, Texas.

Blake started his residential real estate business when he was a sophomore in college, and he has turned it into a multimillion dollar company, according to a story by the Star-Telegram. He's hoping that despite his young age, this will be the first of many commercial properties to come, the story said.

The Electric Building was built in 1930, and boasts 18-stories of 1- and 2-bedroom apartments located near Ft. Worth's financial district and cultural center. Blake said buying the building gave him "much-needed credibility, even though at the end of the day, I don’t think I’m any different for buying this building," he told the Star-Telegram.
