All of mine has come from auctions, estate sales or thrift shops (got a set of very thick Rosenthal high ball glasses for $2 each, that I love and use quite frequently, from a thrift) I've paid as low as $5 per for brand new Tiffany and $10 per for brand new Waterford at auctions...
