Been out of the loop for a bit, I missed the old dive... So just to let y'all know I am still alive, now up the hill and having a great time...shooting, hiking and prospecting galore. I wish a grand New Year to you and yours in the new decade!

Haha Thanks for that! To be honest, prospecting / mining has been my life since I was about 9ish years old...it was overshadowed with reenacting sadly. Its funny I went from 2 hobbies (metal detecting and prospecting) where I was making a fairly nice amount of money on a pretty regular basis (more than a 12 yr old could dream of really)...to a hobby where I did nothing but spend and lose money. Prospecting and metal detecting are the only 2 hobbies you are guaranteed money with some research and some elbow grease and the right tools of course.

And now that I am finally able to drive around, camp out on a weekend and make some money and have fun. And plus gold being at the price it is...can't hate the monetary gain for basically free money once you got the gear and equipment its like camping, its free.

Now just to get an old beat up Model T Truck, another dog...and go out in my fedora and dig me a mine! I wouldn't mine having a pack mule Lol. Another plus is the places I prospect are so remote I get lots of trigger time.
