To those who wanted to know..

I spotted this on Halloween last year at a party. Do any of you remember Judge Harold T. Stone from the tv show Night Court?
He was played by Harry Anderson. I was at his house (Incredibly Oddly Decorated!) and found this Falcon on one mantle in one of the rooms.
