Checked their reviews. There is at least one instance where the item appears to have been withdrawn after auction when the price wasn’t sufficient. Once was supposedly because of previously unseen damage to the item and once was because they could no longer find it.

Maybe worth a go though. It’s at 2.50 or so now.

Judging by the negative feedback the seller has received and the final bid price of those items rather than setting a reserve they appear to start an auction low in the hope it attracts more buyers but then just cancels the sale if this doesn’t work.
It may well be a waste of time bidding on their jacket but other than this there’s probably not a lot to lose.
Even if you make payment before they come up with some feeble excuse and cancel the sale one way or another you will still get your money back; either as a refund from the seller or, failing that, from eBay.
