drivers license

[pretty faythe]

I have to change my addy on my drivers license, which usually winds up with a new picture being taken also. I was just curious how many people here have pictures taken vintage on there license.

Hmm...guess I'm not sure how easy it would be for mine to be vintage. Those driver's license pictures don't show much of your shirt, and they don't let you wear a hat, so a fedora is out of the picture...[huh]

Hey, I never would have thought of that. I turn 21 next year and have to get it renewed then, maybe I'll turn up in my gray flannel three piece. It can't hurt to look at least a little respectable on there...

I've always worn a vintage bowtie for mine. Usually your photo get cropped pretty tight, but the DOT photographer found it humorous and would make sure the bowtie showed. The last time, though, I put on a very LOUD vintage Hawaiian shirt and a pair of antique eyeglasses. I looked like a nerdy tourist from the 1950s.lol

What a great idea! I don't drive but my passport needs to be renewed in a year or so--and believe me, anything would be an improvement on my present passport photo!

California license photos do show part of your shirt and I have been wearing Hawaiian shirts for the last 20 years or so whenever I get new pic taken.

I wore a vintage hairstyle and red lipstick. My previous photo which they simply kept reusing was a Mod look. Beautiful but life has given me a different face now so I got a new picture taken last October when it was up for renewal.
