Double Indemnity on the Big Screen

I had a great time on Saturday evening (7/7/7)- I went along to see Double Indemnity on the big screen with my wife on a open air screening in Dublin.

It was in Temple Bar - which is really busy on a Saturday night - so it was surreal but nice to be tucked away in Meeting House Square watching a movie. What a treat! It was funny to see all the peoples' reactions - there was some giggling at some of the kissing scenes. But me, I was mesmerised.

And the tickets were free, and as Jameson sponsered the event, you got a complementary one on the way in.

Double Indemnity would be towards the top of my own top ten.

"I wonder if you wonder" ... how cool is that line?
