Denton on Doomsday (The Twilight Zone, 1959)

Hello fellow loungers! Can anyone out there help me to identify this hat? I would love to get my hands on a vintage one - or, failing that, something newer in a very similar style.

Seems to have a flat crown and a curled brim. Seems homburg-like, but flatter on top (?). Any help is sincerely welcome.
