What are the things that you struggle about daily? What are the things that you do to overcome these? A lot of us may have the same problems brought about by the situation or other people.

After a cancer-reset some years ago i changed a few nerve burners like job, work-life balance...ever since then the only thing left to struggle with on a daily base for me is to get out of my fart box in the morning.

Living with CFS (Chronic Fatigue Syndrome) is probably the biggest. I live alone (am single) and so I make my life so that it is oriented around my health. (I should be a military strategist.) I have taught to help myself by focusing on what I can do, and not what I am not able to do, or not able to consistently do. This helps keep me in a positive mind-set. I also throw myself into creative endeavors (not so much the 2 dimensional kind - like painting, but the 3 dimensional kind like interior design, clothing style, and things like that).

Money. Especially when the pandemic has already cost me one of the side writing jobs I have to take so that I can survive on what they pay me at my real job, and it looks like I'm about to lose the other one after nearly thirty years. Looking around at available "opportunities" in my line aren't very encouraging, especially when the game is clotted up by amateurs willing to write for "exposure" instead of money, and the whole "wiki" mindset has greatly eroded the market value of actual expertise. It also doesn't help when the market for your particular field of expertise is rapidly dying off.

How do I deal with it? Well, cutting back to one meal a day is certainly making a dent in my weight problem. And when the theatre reopens I'll have all the free popcorn I can eat. Hooray for perks.

When I was attending the University of Illinois-Chicago I found myself a pool shark inside the typing room
where all the rich kids from Lake Forest, Kenilworth, Chicago's Gold Coast and the rest of the leafy, tony ritzy locales
clustered all confused, mooning over term papers. Living off daddybigbucks dumbasses-mostly males. I followed
the poet Hafiz's gambling advice: "If he be young and unskilled; if he plays for sheckels of gold and silver; take his
money my son praising Allah. The fool was meant to be sold." The rich kid born with a silver spoon in his hand and
another stuck up his ass was never in short supply at UIC.
Most of those guys couldn't square the corners of a term paper if their lives depended upon it; fortunately the gentlemen C did, and that was a lot of leverage.

Thoroughbred graded stakes. Love the ponies, a most enjoyable and profitable pastime; though analyzing. reading,
and printing off all available culls, takes time. Train rides are ideal for some handicapping but time is always scarce.
