I have a grey tie just like that, which I bought at an estate sale. I'll have to put some pictures up. I don't wear it, though - I don't look good in collared shirts buttoned all the way up.

Is it part of some type of uniform? I think I've seen them on airline stewardesses, or girl scout leaders.

Senior Girl Scouts used to wear them -- yellow tabs with a green uniform. I think they're still worn by female postal clerks as well.
