The Real McCoys (New Zealand) made the highest quality repros for the Japanese market - where they sold under The Few banner - and this is surely the best version of the garment of all complete with a handy B-3 style map pocket. Talon zipper.

Tagged a 38 but will fit larger - how much depends on what you want to wear under it - measurements being Chest = 20½" / Length = 22½"...chest measurements for vests/waistcoats should be less than that of the jackets one wears.
Eastman sell their much plainer version for £649. For this beauty I'm asking £235 / US$300 + shipping (this is quite a lightweight item) + any fees (though these have been avoided with my sales to date).
