I was searching for the old French hat trade publication "Revue de la Chapellerie" and came across this site (in French).
http://www.chazelles-histoire.net/
Chazelles sur Lyon (Loire) was a hat making center (Flechet, VENET, ect) in France. They have a hat museum there today.

They are restoring the old Flechet factory.

By the way here is a photo of the front page of "Revue de la Chapellerie" March - April 1938. This is similar to "The American Hatter" and other trade publications from Germany, England, Austria and Italy. Would be nice to find copies (digital or print) of this publication (first published 1889).
