When I lived in Wichita Kansas, several of the guy's I worked with celebrated Ground Hog's Day by cooking up and bringing Ground Hog (sausage) of various types into work. One of the guy's preceded me in moving to OKC and has kept the tradition alive. I marked my calendar for next year.

I've never been there, but it's on the list.
