I was wondering if anyone could help me get a little more information on this Carss Mackinaw coat I have. I tried to do research on this company and the best information by far on it was here http://www.thefedoralounge.com/threads/carss-mackinaw.72889/ . However I haven't been able to find any other coat like this from the company or one with the same style label.
It has the double layer all around the top that continues halfway down the sleeves and is unlined.
One clue I did find as to its date is that The Holden Manufacturing Co. only worked under that name from 1947 - 1967 https://www.ic.gc.ca/app/scr/cc/CorporationsCanada/fdrlCrpDtls.html?corpId=106101
