Can someone please explain to me why I have to start all over every time I try to log in?

For a long time now, every time I try to log on, I have to reset my password. The website never remembers that I was here yesterday and the day before and, and, and...going back to 2009. I'm tired of this. Is anyone else not being recognized day after day, etc? If this doesn't stop, I'm done. Is anyone else having this problem?

Is it possible that 'a long time back' you restarted your computer and cleared your cookies.? The next time you logged in you may not have clicked the 'remember me' check box.

Sound like that might have been it?

The typical ten year old kid can sort this stuff quick. Somebody fetch this good man a ten year old!

Sounds like it could be a cookie issue; it's easy to miss the box to tick to stay logged in. Maybe worth trying another browser? I've found recently some sites play up with certain browsers.
