Can a vintage DOBBS be reshaped?

i want to know if i could reshape a vintage hat a little. it looks like it was open crown, its a vintage DOBBS


It's a 7 3/8s in US sizing, but maybe a tad larger would be better? might have shrank over time

Live auction posting is a no-no at the Lounge.
BTw, that looks to be a pretty soft hand crease so reshaping would be easy = no real hard creases to get out. As far as you can tell its US 7 3/8, they usually state if its not. You can always ask the seller to give you a measurement around the sweatband or clarify it is US 7 3/8.. HTH
