Hi loungers, a friend of mine has found this jacket in his father's house....Could you help us trace its period and value? The leather is good all around and shows no signs of stress...only the lining needs repair

This one is probably late 60s or early 70s. I believe @tmitchell59 said that the one piece backs were later than the seamed backs. The Pepsi can main zip puller is the best IMO. I haven't seen antiqued brass chest teardrop pulls before- those might be replacements. Do the snaps say Brooks?

Some potentially bad cracking below the collar, though, depending how bad the value might be very low.

On ebay they go for $100-200 in good shape. Black and brown are the most common. Colored ones go for more. If you are looking to sell it off, I would be interested in the label for my blue one.
