Brimming with questions

Forgive me for asking lots of what you all must regard as stupid questions but in my defense I admit to being a real 1st grader where hats are concerned !

To my latest question then,,, I know the attached photo (not my hat BTW) is of what is referred to as a 'stingy brim' Is the brim permanently upturned all round, or can it be turned down at the front - 'snapped' ? I suspect not but would like confirmation

Stingy is the brim size and not the orientation.

Usually less than 2" by polular definition.

I have seen them worn up and down... Depends on your mood. My music friends wear them up.

What you wear it with

Not a rule at all but when i wear my stingy brims i tend to snap the brim

down when in a suit and tie...when casual i keep the brim up.
