Boreal Homburg?

Hello all,

I wonder if anyone can tell me more about this hat?

I bought it at a local charity shop (for a pittance), unbashed and seemingly unworn. The hat was originally sold here in Bern, but the shop (Zurbrugg and Cie) is no longer there. Even more strangely, I haven't found a single match to the make online:

Can anyone enlighten me as to the provenance of this fine hat?

I can't tell you anything about them, seeing as I've never heard of them either.

It looks very nice, though.

I guess no-one else is familiar with it -- some obscure Swiss or Italian make I guess.

At least someone else likes the look of it!

There havent been any manufacturers in your country in many years . It is possible that the hat was made in Italy. Further research will be made!
