Hey, guys. I wrote a review for a book that I think you?¢‚Ǩ‚Ñ¢re all going to like. It?¢‚Ǩ‚Ñ¢s a literary film noir. Almost like reading Casablanca for the first time. Red Gold
It?¢‚Ǩ‚Ñ¢s about the underground French resistance during world war two, gun smuggling and mostly about life in occupied France. It?¢‚Ǩ‚Ñ¢s a bit slow starting out but picks up steam quick. Let me know what you think.
Alan Furst does his best to write accurate historical fiction. I think it?¢‚Ǩ‚Ñ¢s just a matter of time before these books show up on the silver screen. They?¢‚Ǩ‚Ñ¢re written for the theater, I would think.
