A few weeks past and perhaps even a few weeks in the future, I'd've bid fiercely for this hat; I've been staring enviousl at the pictures of it since I first looked at the auction gallery. I love the dark, dignified grey color, its classic proportions and especially its wide, boldly colored brim binding.
