This model has been available for some time in Japan and finally made it back to the US.
Thedi's aren't all there cracked up to be either. The collars on there CR's leave something to be desired IMO.
I agree with the sentiment here. And more over why not offer some relatively easy custom options like longer sleeve/ body lengths on multiple models. I'm in the 5'11" range and all of the sleeves, on every model I've owned, are too short for even casual wear. I positively love some of their designs but simply can't wear them!I don't like the look of this but my jacket tastes are conservative. I like Schott but their attempts to chase a broader market seem a bit sad to me. Is it working?
Why don't they do some of their chore jackets in long sizes? It seems their jackets are designed for people no taller than five eleven.
When it comes to leather, I really like the idea of buying American, from a company with a history and at a reasonable price. Schott should be a central player.
Sure...on some of the Thedi CR's the neck hole appears too wide, and the collar itself is too thin or short. Also, it juts out or protrudes out in an odd way....like there is a material inside the collar keeping it stiff and fixed. Hoped this helped.....just my 2 cents. Can you explain?
Good point kronos.............While I feel for you taller guys, keep in mind that schott does offer tall sizes in many models. They don't offer short sizes at all, as far as I know.

I think Schott prices are correct, starting at around $700. Really junk leather jackets are $550-$650. Agreed Schott's upper end at around $1000 is pushing close to Aero and some others. As far as custom sizing.......if a person needs something made to order they have to go somewhere else ( and pay more ). Schott jackets fit most people just fine and they look great too. Its must not be worth it to them to deal with the occasional person who needs an inch here or there.
