Johnny, just to be sure I understand: you want the circumference of the jacket, at the very bottom, with the lacing cinched up tight?

You bet, just a flat, straight across the bottom measurement

OK, I just measured it ON me, and it was 44.5". Let my lay it flat and see t=what that comes out to.
