Loungers,
Last time there were two openings in the complex in which Magneto and I live people were screaming to hear about it. Well, yet again it has happened. Two vintage studios for one or two people built in 1929 for rent. The units are $1025.00 a month with a security deposit of $1000.00. Minimum lease term is six months. Water/trash is paid by owner and electric and gas is paid by the tenant. Parking is is covered and reserved. Cats are swell.
Features:
- Hardwood Floors
- Vintage Kitchen
- Stove and Refrigeration Included
- One of them has a refurbished bathroom
- Vintage fixtures
- Laundry Facility on-site

Folks are real nice, people are good and you already have a vintage couple living in the complex who throws vintage parties once a month.
So there, have at it.
Any questions that I am *able* to answer, please PM me.
