Made by Master tailor Heinz Kempf in Munich.
The style is 1940's... but it was made ca. 1980.
Either the old-fashioned taste of the costumer or an early "vintage reproduction".
The lining material and label are also just like in the 30-40's.
Finest English heavy wool (grey with rope-stripes) cloth with flanelly grip.
Size is roughly a US/UK 42 (see measurements):

Shoulder 47 cm
Back 81 cm (without collar back)
