this is a strange auction that sold (I assume to a non-paying bidder), came around again unsold, and now around again at this low start bid. Odd.

not too odd. the second time around they were asking what the non payer bid (i think about £300) and there were no takers, so they've gone back to original starting bid. not much fun for the seller.

Don't I know it. Non paying bidders suck ass, and get no sympathy from me - I always escalate all the way with eBay so they get a stain on their record.

Hm. According to the seller the sleeves have been shortened (hopefully without cutting the excess), while the jacket and waistcoat were tightened.
The legs however have been clearly let out (by opening the cuff) to it's 32 in inseam. Rather odd alterations... if they were done for the same wearer.
