But with shipping and customs to Germany it will cost twice as much...

Shipping to Germany shouldn't be too bad. I can mark it as a gift if you're worried about customs tax.

And I'm not sure about declaring it as a gift - do you have any experience Garrett?

I've shipped to Denmark and Nederlands this past year with delcared value of $10 or less and there were no problems.

60 EUR is alot for shipping a suit to Germany. Those sound like Priority or expedited shipping prices to me.
