1920s Mail Order Catalog suit measurements

Hello all,

I remember years ago reading a thread on here about how some mail order catalogs in the 1920s required a number of precise measurements for a mail order suit - more than just the usual chest, arm length, neck, etc of today. I believe it was something like 20 different measurements to assure the "perfect fit."

Does anyone have a copy of such advertising or know the exact measurements?

I'm writing a short story about an old fashion tailor so I want him to rattle off the measurements as sign of his experience and professionalism.

Thanks!
