Haha, maybe I should specify that a layer to me is usually a thin sweater and not typically a thick hoodie. I can squeeze a hoodie underneath but a thin cashmere sweater is warmer and more comfortable. Being able to remove the liner helps if I do want to wear a hoodie underneath.
I like it quite a bit. The leather is a really nice midweight (compared to a 613sh) that’s immediately wearable and enjoyable. Many of you probably know what to expect from a Shinki jacket but this is my first exposure to their leather.

I grabbed one of these pretty quickly when I saw the email. It checked almost all of my boxes. The only feature I would change is angling the chest pocket like my 613sh.
